Some staff members are great, others were incredibly demeaning and rude to me - which in my opinion is very unprofessional. Thankfully it wasn't the manager - she was wonderful! Had problems with this particular employee on several occasions and she just can't seem to get my information and such straight. That is annoying, especially when her tone is so demeaning. Other than dealing with her, it's a very cute, quiet complex. Wish there was a dog park! Plenty of shopping around, walking distance of I-65 which is great.

I have loved here for 2 years and have greatly enjoyed the stay. Location is perfect being close to the expressway. Plenty of stores and shopping centers within close proximity. Managers are friendly, wonderful to talk to and very helpful. Any issue that has come up they handle it promptly and with great attitude. I'll just go in and talk to them just to hangout. New grills and play ground have been added to the pool and workout facility which have been awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Come check it out and use me as a reference!

We recently moved into Elevation Hoover Apartments. A newly renovated apartment complex. From our first introductions to moving in, the staff and maint. team have been top notch. No delays in anything. All promises kept and our move in date was delivered on time. The community is incredible. Clean, friendly and private. No matter what your living needs are, this is the place to rent. Everyone knows us by name and is sincere. Perfect location with all the upgrades one would want. Reasonable rent options as well. If one is looking for a new apartment, consider Elevation Hoover! You won't regret it.
